My research investigates the impact of social interactions on the perceptions, preferences and behaviors of actors. In one strand of research, I take an experimental approach to social networks, studying individuals, how they relate to each other and to products. In a second strand, I examine the power of prosocial behavior at the individual and organizational levels and demonstrate the well-being benefits as well as employee satisfaction and performance outcomes.
